Wain’s place is the perfect option if you’re looking for a home in the Douglasville area. It’s super close to many restaurants and retail stores and easily accessible from the highway.
The space is super cozy and perfect for spending time with family. My family and I enjoyed relaxing on the huge deck out back and eating meals at the huge farmhouse style table.
Wain was quick to respond to any inquiries during our 4 day stay. Southern hospitality at it’s finest.
Thanks again Wain!

This place is great, from the neighbors and neighborhood to the locals. We found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming. We drive a motor home sized utility truck, and we received very kind courtesy from people in this neighborhood, i.e., gave space for us to pull off the main road, allowed us through curves before proceeding themselves. Honestly a small town feel! The home is at the end of a road and very private. You will not regret staying here!
