This 4000 sq ft home has a chef kitchen, a kitchenette downstairs, 4.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, a sitting room, and glass-enclosed upper (tree house view) and lower decks to enjoy the serene outdoors. The home is situated in a secluded community and 400 ft from Walker Lake. The home is only 4.7 miles from Trilith Studios, 1.8 miles from downtown Fayetteville, and 3.5 miles to the Fayetteville Pavilion.

Smoking is only allowed on the LOWER deck (butt waste can be provided).
Do not throw cigarette butts on the lawn: an extra $75 will be charged to the reservation if butts are found on the lawn.
No cannabis is allowed on the premises.
No loud music.
No parking in the street.
No oil to be poured in drains; use the kitchen receptacle provided.
Do not flush feminine products down toilette.
Utilize dark face cloths to remove makeup.
No sleeping in beds with makeup on.
No sleeping on white couches.
Cleaning is required on average of every 2-3 weeks depending on length of stay; cleaning fee must be paid upon request in order to continue your booking; cleaning fee while occupied is $200 every two to three weeks based on owner’s discretion.
If house is occupied for commercial purposes guest will be charged $500 per day extra over listed booking rate.
Linen will be provided for the number of guest expected to occupy the home and no extra linen will be provided.
